By Krisann Mauritz, Events Coordinator

Alpine Holiday 2021 was the most profitable Alpine we have ever had since starting the fundraiser in 1979. Some of the highlights from the weekend included:

  • Over 40 crafters filling up classrooms and hallways
  • Our ever-popular Friday night Fish Fry
  • Over 50 participants in the UglySweater 5K
  • Two sold out Charlie Berens shows with over 1150 people
  • Record beer sales
  • First Annual Food Truck Sunday
  • Brand new Pulled Pork Dinner
  • Record breaking Silent Auction and Kids Raffle proceeds
  • Over 1,950 Calendar Raffles sold

It was such a fantastic weekend!  I am thrilled to say that Columbus Catholic Schools profited just shy of $95,000 for the weekend!  I’d like to thank our amazing Committee members, our sponsors and donors, and our families and staff at CCS!  If you want to be a member of the amazing Alpine Committee for 2022, reach out to me at or 715-387-2444.  We start meeting in late May to get conversations and ideas going.
