  • Drop Off / Pick Up / Parking at St. John's the Baptist Primary School
    • We are encouraging ALL parents to come from the west of Cleveland St. and take a right as they pull into the parking lot.  The direction of the traffic in the parking lot is going to be the opposite of what it was.
    • In an effort to make morning drop off more efficient and reduce some of the congestion caused by morning Mass parking, we'll be doing things a bit differently this year. Attached is a detailed explanation, along with pictures, to help guide in through the new rules.
    • Preschool parents: There will be blue parking stalls directly in front on the building for you to use. St. John's parishioners will be asked not to park there for morning Mass. You can also use these for pick up if your child is not attending aftercare.
    • 4K - 2nd parents: For drop-off, please approach the Cleveland Street entrance to the parking lot from the west  so you can turn right into the parking lot. This will avoid having to cross through traffic. You can park as shown in the pictures, or you can simply use the drive-through lane.
    • 4K-5K Pick Up: Please try to leave the blue parking stalls for the preschool parents who have to come into the building to check their child out of the classroom. At 2:45 when the bell rings, though, feel free to use these spots as many preschoolers will already be checked out or heading to aftercare.

  • Drop Off / Pick Up / Parking at CCMS and CCHS
    • All students should be dropped off and picked up on Columbus Avenue and should enter through the front doors.  Students who drive should park in the parking lot and can enter through the Science Lab door.  No one should be entering through the Band door unless they have an early class (Jazz Band).

  • Tuition Payment Plan:  please check your email for a message from FACTS asking you to set up a payment plan. Click on the link in the email to open the FACTS Family Portal, then select the Financial Tab. Please note that you will not see any balances on this screen until you set up a payment plan. It's possible that the email was sent to your spouse's email address, as the new system could only email the first person listed in the family. Please get in touch with our Finance Director Amanda Krautkramer at krautkramer.amanda@columbusdons.org with any questions.

  1.  Preschool Parent Orientation:  parents will learn everything they need to know about preschool at St. John's!  Parents are also asked to bring along a birth certificate if this is the student's first time attending preschool at Columbus.  Admissions Director will look it over and return it during the meeting.  Copies are not acceptible.
  2. St. John the Baptist Primary School Open House: students will meet their homeroom teachers and drop off supplies.  This is a good opportunity to ask questions and tour the school.  Open houses are split up into two dates: one for students with last names starting with A-K; and one for L-Z.  Parents will receive a SignUp Genius form to select a time.  If your student is in preschool and you already attended the Parent Orientation, you should still attend the Open House.
  3. Our Lady of Peace Intermediate School Open House: all students and parents are invited to attend anytime during the open house hours.  Students will meet their homeroom teachers and drop off supplies.  This is a good opportunity to ask questions and tour the school.
  4. Columbus Catholic Middle School:  orientation is for ALL 6th graders and only new students who are starting in 7th or 8th grade.  Returning 7th and 8th graders who already attended orientation prior to 6th grade do NOT need to attend.  During orientation there will be a group meeting in the cafeteria and students have the opportunity to find their lockers and meet teachers.
  5. Columbus Catholic High School:  orientation is for ALL 9th graders and only new students who are starting in 10th, 11th and 12th grade.  Returning 10th, 11th and 12th graders who already attended orientation prior to 9th grade do NOT need to attend.  During orientation there will be a group meeting in the cafeteria and students have the opportunity to find their lockers and meet teachers.

Only if your student is attending preschool for the first time.   This needs to be brought to the Preschool Parent Orientation.  Birth certificate will be verified and returned to you during the meeting.  Please bring the original; copies are not acceptible.

Please return these to Columbus Catholic Schools.  You can email them to krautkramer.amanda@columbusdons.org; or mail/drop them off to Columbus Catholic Schools, Attn: Finance Department, 710 S. Columbus Ave., Marshfield, WI  54449.  If you have any questions, call 715-387-1177 ext. 3306.

Yes.  Last year the paperwork was applied to the last school year.  You will need to fill this out again for this school year.  We recommend filling out the paperwork at the beginning of the year so that you can chaperon/volunteer throughout the year; also to avoid any time crunches because it does take time to be approved.

No tank tops may be worn as the only top (see examples NOT allowed below)

Sleeveless tops are allowed:

Columbus crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, and polos are allowed on all non-Mass days.  Columbus tees (long and short sleeved) and jerseys are allowed on Fridays only.  Columbus quarter zips are allowed every day, even on Mass days as long as it is zipped down to allow the dress shirt and tie to be clearly visible.

No jeans of any color can be worn on Mass days.  No blue jeans are allowed EXCEPT on dress down days.

You can contact our Dean of Students, Mrs. Volkman, directly at 715-387-1177 ext. 3301 or volkman.mandy@columbusdons.org.  If you or your student is unsure of anything please do not hesitate to ask first!!!
