Columbus tops National and State Averages on ACT and AP test scores. The 2015 graduating class scored a composite of 24.1 with the State average being 22.2 and National average 21.0.
Of the 45 Advanced Placement exams taken by our students 64% were at a 4 or higher (Wisconsin average is 37%). 91% of our students taking the exams scored 3 or higher compared to the Wisconsin average of 67%.

CCMS faculty recognize the dramatic growth and development within young adolescents during their sixth through eighth grade years. We provide a program of structured support to meet those unique emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs.

Sixth grade-emphasis on the major areas of the Catholic Faith-what Catholics believe, how Catholics pray, how Catholics worship, and how Catholics live. Review of the major feasts
of the Liturgical year, Seasons of the Liturgical year, our Catholic heritage, Catholic prayers, and the importance of Catholic Schools.
Seventh grade-Purpose is to assist the student in his/her own faith journey and spiritual growth. Students will engage in prayer experiences, a study of sacraments, and the planning of liturgical events.
Eighth grade-Students will be provided with opportunities to deepen their relationship with God in all three aspects of his/her personhood. Major areas of concentration will be on the Catholic Creed, the history of the Church’s development from the Apostolic Age to present, a survey of the Bible, and an examination of morality in today’s society.
