Fitness Center and Fieldhouse Access
Columbus Catholic Schools is opening limited access to the Fitness Center and select facilities for alumni and caregiving adults of current students.
Safe Environment Requirements
All adults must be Safe Environment compliant per Diocesan policy.
To participate:
- Complete the Fitness Center Registration Form at https://www.cognitoforms.com/ColumbusCatholicSchools/FitnessCenterRegistration
- Watch and complete the required safety and usage training video
- Complete all Safe Environment steps and receive Diocesan clearance
- Pay the applicable towel, cleaning, and access card fees
- You will be contacted when your access card is ready for pick-up.
Access Window
Weight Room Access
- During Christmas break: 5:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., Monday–Saturday
- Beyond the holiday break: Monday–Friday after 5:15 p.m., unless otherwise scheduled
Fieldhouse Access
- During Christmas break: Access is dependent on scheduled practices and events, Monday–Saturday.
- Beyond the holiday break, fieldhouse access will be available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after 6:45 p.m.
If no Saturday events are scheduled, access will also be permitted Friday after 6:45 p.m. and Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
These parameters allow the fieldhouse to remain properly set up and clean for scheduled events. Please note: you need to bring your own equipment (e.g., basketballs, volleyballs).

Fees
- Caregiving adults of enrolled students; and alumni (ongoing access):
$8 per month per individual for towel service and cleaning fees. - Caregiving adults of enrolled students; and alumni (one month access):

We know many look forward to staying active over break, and system families appreciate additional fitness opportunities as well. We are excited to begin this tradition in a way that supports health, safety, and community.
