FIELD HOUSE PROJECT
As enrollment continues to expand, we've started to experience a shortage of space, for both classrooms and extra-curricular activities.  That is why we are endeavoring to build a $10.5 million fieldhouse on the former convent location.  Click here for information:  https://www.columbuscatholicschools.org/news-events/ccs-fieldhouse-project.cfm

WINDOW PROJECT
The cost to install windows in each classroom is approximately $15,000.  There are many ways to help out.  You can sponsor a classroom for $15,000 and get your name displayed on a Room Sign.  You can even select the classroom you’d like to sponsor if it's available!  We’ve received donations from individuals, families and businesses.  We even had alumni raising money to sponsor a classroom in honor of their entire graduating class!  However, ANY donation amount is welcome and much appreciated.  For more information, contact the Development Office at 715-387-1177 ext. 3314.

CAREER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION

This fund was established in 2008 for the benefit of Columbus Catholic Schools. Interest earned on this fund is used for operating expenses of the entire Columbus Catholic Schools system. Funds are used to enhance the educational opportunities of our students.

CEF was established in 1976 in support of Columbus High School. Almost 40 years later, over 5.1 million dollars has been distributed from the CEF General Fund to Columbus High School. The fund is currently valued at 3.5 million dollars. CEF has been the recipient of wills, bequests, life Insurance, and retirement assets as well as gifts of cash. Planned giving to our Catholic schools creates a legacy that will benefit generations of students and help ensure that the educational and spiritual objectives of Columbus Catholic Schools will continue into the future.

Please send used or new inkjet cartridges to Mrs. Mueller, Librarian at St. John the Baptist Primary School from any of the Columbus schools. The Columbus Education Foundation, in partnership with Columbus High School, helps donors create named scholarships for students to attend Columbus, or for graduating seniors. These funds can be restricted and the donor can establish the criteria for the scholarship. To establish a $500 annual scholarship through CEF, a minimum amount of $10,000 is needed. This gift will ensure that the scholarship will continue in perpetuity. A $20,000 donation would award a $1,000 scholarship each year. Donors may give to an existing scholarship or contact the Development Office to establish a new one.

If you'd rather donate items to a teacher's classroom - and give them what they REALLY want for Christmas! - watch for our annual "Teacher Wish List" that comes out during the holidays.  To upgrade their classrooms, teachers look for games, to art supplies, to furniture!  If you'd rather not wait, contact the Development Office, or your favorite teacher, directly.
