COVID-19 Symptom Resources

Mr. Eaton has been in contact with the WCHD and with infectious disease experts at Marshfield Clinic Health System. Here is updated information on deciding when to keep children home from school:

If a child has 1 of these symptoms:

  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Fever of 100.4 or higher

 or 2 or more of these symptoms: 

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Chills
  • Fatigue
  • Congestion/Runny Nose
  • Sore Throat
  • Nausea/Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Body aches
  • Headache

Notifying Own Close Contacts — helps people who are positive reach out to their close contacts and provide info to them 

Next Steps After You Are Diagnosed — flyer to guide people in their isolation 

Isolation Release — Asymptomatic — helps people who didn’t have symptoms figure out how long to isolate 

Isolation Release — Symptomatic — as above, except for people who had symptoms 

Next Steps Close Contact — this helps guide people who should be in quarantine due to close contact
