Who should use this form?

Teachers, staff, advisors, parents, volunteers, etc. who wish to raise money for Columbus Catholic Schools and/or one of our clubs/organizations/athletic teams/etc. All fundraisers must be approved by the CCS Development Department. Once approved, your fundraiser will be placed on our Fundraising Calendar. For any questions, refer to our Fundraising Policy or contact the Development Department at giving@columbusdons.org.

Must be submitted at least two weeks before any planning, advertising, booking of dates, solicitation of businesses, etc. If you have any questions, please contact the Development Department at 715-387-1177 or giving@columbusdons.org
