Volunteerism and Service to Our Community

Columbus Catholic Schools are dedicated to excellence in Catholic Education, founded in the love of Jesus Christ, and designed to instill in our students faith, knowledge, and a desire to serve others. In alignment with this mission, all students are required to complete service work within our community.

Our goal is to encourage students to serve in a variety of ways, helping those in need. Through these experiences, students develop empathy and a deeper understanding of the value of contributing to the well-being of others and the community as a whole.

We are also deeply grateful for the commitment of our volunteers, whose dedication makes so much of our work possible. Some volunteer roles at our schools are reserved for adults, while others are well-suited for middle and high school students seeking to fulfill service requirements or simply give back.

We welcome opportunities for our students to serve our community. Our goal is to connect students with meaningful service experiences that help them grow and give back.

To get started, please complete the form linked below. The more details you provide, the better we can promote your opportunity and connect you with the right students.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed, and a member of our team will follow up with any questions or next steps.

Please note:

  • We require at least two weeks’ notice between submission and the start of the volunteer activity.
  • Supervision and liability for student volunteers are the responsibility of the requesting group or organization.
  • The service opportunities must align with our school's mission and values.
