Note: Dress Down & Spirit Days are OPTIONAL
FRIDAY DRESS DOWN DAYS
On certain Fridays there will be the monthly Mission Club Dress Down Days for the entire school system. To participate, students are asked to donate $2.00 and may choose to wear jeans (no holes/no frays), athletic shorts or sweatpants AND tees/hoodies/crewneck sweatshirts/quarter zip/jersey with appropriate graphics (including non-CCS apparel).
2023-2024 Dress Down Days:

- February 23 (changed due to Solo/Ensemble)

A special note about dress down days: we are unifying as a system so the elementary principals and HS and MS Mission Club advisors will determine the recipients of the funds donated each month. They will communicate this info prior to dress down days so you can share the info with students.
Payment options for dress-down days:
- Pay as you go - Students bring their cash donations to their homeroom on the dress-down day
- Pay for the year - Pay for the entire year with our payment link. Entire-year payments will not be accepted by homeroom teachers.
- The link to pay for this is only available at the beginning of the year until the first Dress Down Day.
SPIRIT APPAREL DAYS
These Fridays will be CCS Spirit Apparel Days for the entire school system. Students must wear dress code bottoms, but they may also wear any Columbus tee shirt or Columbus jersey (hoodie/crewneck sweatshirt/quarter zip also allowed just like any other non-Mass day):
On any of these Fridays, CCHS Seniors have the special privilege of wearing a hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt of any college to which they have been accepted. There is no charge to participate in Spirit Days.
