We’re excited to welcome you to the Alpine Holiday 2025 Silent Auction. This year, we’ll once again be using SchoolAuction, a convenient mobile bidding platform that lets you bid from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Getting Started
You can create a new online bidding account or log in using your existing credentials. When signing up, you’ll be asked to enter your mobile phone number so you can receive text notifications if you’re outbid on an item.
Once you’re logged in, you can:
Browse all auction items
- Save your favorites.
- Set a maximum bid amount for each item.
- Receive instant notifications if you’ve been outbid
The Silent Auction will close at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15.
Share and Support
Invite your family and friends to join the fun! All items will be on display during Alpine Holiday weekend, with most available for online bidding and a few featured in traditional paper-and-pen bidding at the event.

How to Sign Up to Bid
- Open Chrome (recommended browser).
- Click the “Sign Up to Bid Online” icon.
- Enter your email address. If your email address isn’t recognized, fill in the required contact information.
- Create an online handle and password.
- Enter your cell phone number to receive text notifications when outbid.
- Add a credit card number if you’d like your payment processed automatically after the auction.
- Click Submit.
- Select “Silent Auction Catalog” to view items and place your bids!
